She holds a BSc Honours in Nursing from Queen Margaret University (2017), where she developed a strong foundation in healthcare and patient care. Kay began her career in the acute sector, gaining a wealth of experience in emergency care, where she refined her clinical expertise and ability to perform under pressure. In 2020, she advanced her qualifications by becoming a Nurse Practitioner (band 6) with the NHS, further broadening her skills and scope of practice.
